DTC Brand Scaled to 7 Figures
The brand had been running for two years when they came to us. Sales were moving, but slowly — and the economics didn't make sense. They were spending on ads without a clear read on what was working, sending emails to a list that barely opened them, and posting on social with no real strategy behind it. Revenue had flatlined somewhere in the high five figures, and the founder knew they were leaving a lot on the table.
The core problem wasn't the product. The product was good. The problem was that nothing in their marketing funnel was working together. Ads were driving traffic to a page that wasn't converting. The email sequence was generic. Social content wasn't building any kind of identity. Every channel was operating in isolation, and the results showed it.
We started by auditing the full funnel — from first touch to post-purchase. What we found was a leaky system with fixable holes at every stage. The landing page lacked clarity and trust signals. The ad creative was bland and undifferentiated. The email flows were one-size-fits-all rather than behavior-triggered. The social presence had no point of view.
We rebuilt it piece by piece. New ad creative with stronger hooks and clearer offers. A revised landing page structured around the customer's real objections. Email sequences that responded to what people actually did — browsed but didn't buy, bought once but didn't return, abandoned cart at the last step. Social content built around a consistent voice and a reason to follow.
The results came quickly. Within the first 60 days, conversion rate on paid traffic nearly doubled. Email open rates climbed. Return on ad spend, which had been hovering around 1.8x, pushed to 8.4x by the end of the engagement. The customer base grew to 220K, and annual revenue crossed $4.2M — a number that had felt out of reach just months before.
Scaling a DTC brand isn't about spending more. It's about building a system where every piece earns its place. That's what we built here, and the numbers followed.
